Abstract: In the framework of this article, we nominate clear and precise criterions, carried out at the delimitation of the human trafficking offence, on one hand, and the procurement offence (art.220 PC RM), the beggaring arrangement offence (art.302 PC RM), the state frontier row over offence (art.362 PC RM), and the illegal migration arrangement offence (art.3621 PC RM) etc., on the other hand. Concomitantly, there are again established delimitation criterions between the infantile trafficking offence, on one hand, and the parents or other persons’ abuse at the time of the children adoption offence (art.205 PC RM), the illegal children remoteness from the country (art.207 PC RM), the minors entice into the criminal activity or the induce of them in performing immoral acts offence (art.208 PC RM), and infantile pornography offence (art.2081 PC RM) etc., on the other hand.
