Abstract: Human quality is based on the natural rights, inalienable and sacreditura Citizen regular and it HAS to set by law "year as expression of general will." Their Participation at birth is related to city life and all it implies Equality. We should find That Individuals Contribute to the extent of Their faculties, the defense force dependence on public administration and STIs.
