Abstract: Legal liability is an obligation to support a legal sanction for the violation or failure of a legal norm. Pecuniary liability is a special contractual liability, regulated by the Labor Code in a separate chapter (Title XI, Chapter III). The repair liability as one that produced a loss will be obliged, with his treasures to cover that loss, reunification assets assigned.
