European Reformulation of Principles and Strategic Objectives in Romanian Research-Development-Innovation Sector

Abstract: Establishing, in advance, strategic objectives of research-development-innovation sector takes a unified form – National Research, Development and Innovation Strategy 2007-2013. This is an optimal way to align a domestic policy of research, development, innovation to new trends of European Union and European Research Area. The principles of Romanian market for research, development, innovation are: ex-ante and ex-post evaluation of research-development-innovation sector; international evaluation of implementing policy in this sector, addiction between financing research institutes and their performance, real career advancement for researchers, principle of non-discrimination between researchers, promotion links with the Romanian scientific diaspora, increasing Romanian demand and offer in research-development-innovation sector, establishing a permanent dialogue between scientific community and Romanian society.
