Abstract: The individual labour contract regarding teleworking is, relatively, new in Romania and the EU and non EU citizen may have the quality of teleworker. The appreciate that teleworker’s employment with subsidies granted to the individual employer would be of interest in this economic crisis.This is the reason why we consider this approach useful.
