Considerations Regarding the Increase of the Indemnity for Each Born Child Coming from a Twin, Triplets or Multitriplets Pregnancy

Abstract:
On June 18th, 2009 under the domestic Romanian law it was stenforced the controversial regulations regarding the increase of the quantuum of the child raise indemnity with 600 lei for each child born from a twins, triplets or multiplets pregnancy, granted starting with fthe second child coming from such a birth. Moreover, on January 10th 2012 it was admitted the appeal for the convenience of the law by means of which it was established that the court of laws are required to take into consideration this solution even retrospectively – starting back with January 1st, 2006. We are dealing with a juridical logic taking into account the situation of social need, on which we will express hereinafter some considerations.
