Abstract: The author put in discussion the problem that might arise in connection with the punishment prescribed by law for the criminal attempt to commit the offence of robbery (art. 222 of c. pen in force) which resulted in the death of the victim, unless we find out in front of the disparities between resource penalty provided for the offence of causing injury or flicks of death?
