Abstract:
Provided since the establishment of Communities, Court of Justice of European Union is an unusual construction, unique at international level. Organization, function and competence are se by the Treaty and the decisions pronounced have full power on the parties involved in litigation. Meanwhile, European justice doesn`t replace national justice, the right of member states to have its own justice being beyond any questioning of the subject. This study presents to the readers matters related to organisation, the level of competence, but also practical aspects related to the activity of the Court of Justice of European Union
