Abstract: As far as robbery is concerned, the lawmaker considers utterly important social values– such as life, bodily integrity and health – as being adjacent to social patrimonial relations, which make up the main object of the deed. However, it remains to be seen whether this hierarchy of social values still applies today, as, from a criminological standpoint, robbery is a crime of violence.
