Abstract: In 2013 The matrimonial convention in the Romanian private international law was published in Bucharest at C.H. Beck Publishing House, a book written by associate professor doctor Nadia Cerasela Aniţei from the Law Faculty of „Dunărea de Jos” University from Galaţi. The author has had an intensive publishing activity between 2007- 2013, having as result 25 books and 100 scientific papers in international private law, family law, financial law, banking and currency law, fiscal procedure law, the protection of the human fundamental rights, the didactics of teaching law and the history of the Romanian state and law. The paper that is the subject of this review is structured in 10 chapters, divided in sections.
