Abstract: This article aims to study and present the procedure for registration of a matrionial agreement in RNNRM in case of two future spouses with different nationalities where they chose as the law terminating the matrionial agreement the Romanian law. For establishment we will start from the legal origin of the legal norms of Article 2593 paragraph (1) (b) Civil Code and of Article 2594 Civil Code concerning matrimonial agreement in Romanian private international law and Article 2 of Order no.1786 / C / 2011 - Notary register of matrimonial regimes and will continue to answer the questions: What law can the future spouses or the spouses of diferent citizenships choose for conclusion of the matrimonial convention? What law applies to validity conditions for conclusion of the matrimonial agreement where future spouses or the two spouses with different nationalities have their common residence in Romanian? What is the procedure for registration of matrimonial agreement concluded between two spouses of different nationalities in Romanian in R.N.N.R.M?
