Abstract: Traders are always preoccupied in finding new sources and methods of financing their business. In this way they are ready to assign future receivables, in order to obtain fresh money. And a big role in this have lawyers, that have to fit this situation in to the legal rule. In this small article we will give answer to questions like, what is a future receivable and if it is possible to assign receivables that will appear in the future and what is the procedure for such operations in order to respect the civil law, and the civil law principles.
