Abstract:
In this paper we analyze the technical supervision issues, as it covered in the new Code of Criminal Procedure, based on the following aspects: concept, the conditions necessary to approve this measures, the competent bodies to take it, conservation of material from technical supervision and will appreciate over their appropriateness. We appreciate that our scientific approach is current (as the new Criminal Procedure Code was published in the Official Gazette) and useful as we try to highlight the innovations in the field, regarding especially the main controversies about the compatibility of laws rules relating to technical supervision and the norms that guarantee the human rights.
