Abstract: This paper is a review of the NADIA-CERASELA ANITEI' s Book MATRIMONIAL REGIMES UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW CIVIL CODE, in printing at INDRA VERGAL Publishing, MUNCHEN, GERMANIA, 2011 /REGIMURILE MATRIMONIALE POTRIVIT DISPOZIŢIILOR DIN NOUL COD CIVIL , EDITURA LUMEN, IAŞI, 2011. The new Civil Code places at the basis of patrimonial relations between spouses the principle of autonomy of will, predicting a real legislative reform of the matrimonial regime existing at present in Romania. In this context we considered the publishing of the monograph called Patrimonial relations between spouses under the provisions of the new Romanian Civil Code as opportune.
