HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract: Two forms of universalism, two global phenomena, Human Rights and Globalization involve states in different manners. The way globalization acts on the economic, political rights and which are the visible consequences of this process and, at the same time, which is the role of human rights in the context of globalization are some of the questions which we intend to meditate on in these pages.
