Abstract: Noica is one of the few contemporary thinkers who questioned, with ontological basis, the issue of human in the thicket of contradictions generated by the plurality of the European cultures (and of the world) and the civilizing globality of the planetary and technology era. Our philosopher accuses the contemporary man of being forgotten by itself, for dealing with any of its exteriority, but not really to deal with himself, not loving the future. On the eve of the most devastating war that was demonic prepared in the world, the thoughtful young man gave an outline of the essential contradiction that crushed the projection of the future, and possible of the human being as well.
