Abstract: The right to strike is an expression of democratic participation in improving one’s own working conditions. This makes it possible to experience one’s own impact and the community. This creates identification with one’s own work. Any restriction risks social peace and the demand for restrictions is an attack on the rights of employees and trade unions.
