Abstract:
Big Data Science is a new research field that emerged with the continuous increase of data, scaling up to unprecedented amounts, generated by Internet-based systems. The core of Big Data Science is the extraction of knowledge from data as a basis for intelligent services and decision making systems. The purpose of this study is developing a Framework of Big Data Governance enabling knowledge flow management. Research method is Qualitative and this method is used as paradigm model and is based on grounded theory. In addition, thirty in-depth interviews are held with experts and managers of the central bank of Iran. The result of this case study within the central bank of Iran, represents 52 sub categories which all are categorized as 15 items, and after confirmation by elites, they are categorized as six groups of causal, pivotal, Strategic, environmental, intermediate and consequential.
