Abstract:
Superior companies utilize the capabilities and learning capacities of their staff in all organisational levels. This capacity helps the organisations adapt themselves with the changing environment. Both organisational learning and knowledge management promote efficiency and effectiveness in the organisation. This study attempts to reveal the relation between knowledge management and organisational learning levels in the branches of Mellat, Tejarat, Keshavarzi, Parsian, and Eqtesad Novin in Lorestan province with a total number of 291 subjects selected via classified sampling. Two questionnaires with 26 and 28 items concerning knowledge management and organisational learning levels were designed and validated. SPSS and Pearson correlation quefficient were used to analyse the data. Findings show a significant and positive relation between knowledge management and levels of organisational learning.
