Abstract:
Banks and financial institutions may have disputes with each other. Typically, settlements of such disputes are done by referring to general rules before courts. However sometimes, according to provisions relating to banks the settlements of such disputes have given to the central bank. Designing general mechanism governing special bank disputes will have all of advantages mentioned for non-governmental alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. In this paper I am discussing the role of central bank in resolving banking disputes.
