Abstract: Questo articolo raccoglie i contributi della Tavola Rotonda "Conviene all'Europa salvare la Grecia?", organizzata dal Money and Finance Research group (MoFiR) e tenutasi presso la Facolta' di Economia dell'Universita' Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona), il 19 Ottobre 2011. I lavori raccolti discutono le ragioni alla base della crisi della Grecia, le sue conseguenze sul futuro dell'euro e dell'unione monetaria europea, i possibili interventi in ambito nazionale e sovranazionale per arginare la crisi e, infine, le ripercussioni per la realta' italiana. [This paper collects the contributions to the roundtable "Does Europe need to bailout Greece?", organized by the Money and Finance Research group (MoFiR) and held at the Faculty of Economics of the Universita' Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona), on October 19, 2011. The contributions discuss the reasons of the Greek sovereign debt crisis, its possible consequences of the future of the euro and of the monetary union, the alternative policy options at national and international level to deal with the crisis, and, nally, the e ects of the Italian economic scenario.]
