Can't Suzhou Prefecture's Two-Three System Increase Yield?

Abstract: A number of comrades have offered a variety of comments on the extension of the two-three cropping system in Suzhou Prefecture, opinions that are almost completely negative. Having personally participated in the entire process of developing the two-three system, we wish to discuss our own viewpoint.
