Abstract: Recently, many comrades have made valuable suggestions on the issue of how to speedup the replacement of profits by taxes, They have studied the issue from a theoretical viewpoint. Some comrades, however, are skeptical and have raised a number of questions. To clarify different views, further study seems necessary.
