Abstract:
Microeconomic results of the enterprise and macroeconomic efficiency are sometimes consistent and other times contradictory. When contradictory, the interests of the enterprise or the locality should be subjected to the economic interest of the whole in order to achieve better macroeconomic results. This is the socialist principle of high social profit rate.
