Abstract:
Since 1958, the people of China, under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and Comrade Mao Tse-tung, have staunchly followed the General Party Line of socialist reconstruction, supported the"Great Leap Forward" and the policy of the People's Commune which resulted in the massive victory of socialist reconstruction in our country. As a result of these efforts, the principal targets set for the Second Five-Year Plan were reached three years ahead of the schedule; in terms of the progress achieved, each year has been a record year.
