Abstract:
Hiring laborers in the rural areas is something new that occurred in the wake of China's adoption of the policy of invigorating the domestic economy and opening to the outside world and the introduction of diverse forms of the responsibility system in the countryside. The emergence and development of labor hiring has aroused widespread interest and concern. This is a question that calls for urgent theoretical study and solution and for the formulation of an appropriate government policy.
