Restructuring the Microeconomic Base

Abstract: In approaching the issue of economic restructuring, we tend to begin by recognizing the drawbacks of the traditional mode of economic operation. With the deepening of the reform, however, we come up against the necessity to restructure the ownership base regardless of our own volition.
