A New Fiscal Management System Established in the Course of Reform

Abstract: 1. Regarding the fiscal revenues of the localities, these revenues are to be classified into three categories: fixed fiscal revenues for the province; fixed fiscal revenues for the district, municipality, or counties; and fiscal revenue to be shared between the province and the districts, municipalities, and counties.
