Abstract:
Most exports from Taiwan to China are raw materials for manufacturing plants established by Taiwanese enterprises in China. The strong economic relationship between China and Taiwan is built on both foreign direct investments and exports. This study shows the mutual influences of various macroeconomic variables on the relationship between China and Taiwan.
