Chinese Economy, 1973, vol. 7, issue 2, 3-6

Abstract: The articles in the current issue of >u>Chinese Economic Studies>/u> are selected from the official organs of the People's Republic of China and cover the period April 1 through June 30, 1973. The selections are based on either the frequency of occurence in the literature of a category of economic activity, for instance food grains, or the reflection of shifts, if any, in economic policies. It is hoped that the representativeness of the articles will indicate the underlying trends of economic development in China and the guiding economic policies for the period covered.
