Abstract:
The delegation of the Japanese Trade Mission to the Soviet Union headed by Shigeo Nagano, president of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited Moscow on February 22-26, 1983. Besides holding two days of general meetings, the Nagano Mission paid calls on and held talks with a number of Soviet government leaders, including Prime Minister Tikhonov, First Deputy Minister Arkhipov, Deputy Minister Baibakov, and Deputy Minister Marchuk as well as ministers and deputy government ministers.
