Abstract:
As the Japanese economy grows, in Japan, "internationalization" is becoming the keyword to capture this era, and research in international comparison has been popular [1]. On land and housing, which are the subject of the present study, in the past the data barrier was formidable, but recently various international data have been obtainable in Japan.
