Positive and Negative Aspects of Japanese-Style Management

Abstract: Japanese-style management is an administrative system practiced by Japanese firms that includes the lifetime employment and seniority wage systems, as well as enterprise labor unions. Let us begin by establishing that these systems are neither that different nor special when considered from an international perspective.
