Abstract:
The wages that ceased to rise. The pay scale of the civil service is publicly announced in a schedule of basic monthly salaries, namely, prices of labor services. Since civil servants are given only a few allowances, such as dependent allowances and regional adjustment allowances, the basic pay schedule is sufficient to show wage differentials by age.
