Abstract:
The new law of “Family Entrepreneurship” was introduced in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the 26th April, 2012. Enforcement of this law has caused so many changes in the domain of entrepreneurship. As a result of these changes, the main aim of this article is to inform of the opportunities created by this new law and also to point out differences of this law in relation to the norms practiced in foreign countries. In order to achieve this goal, we have used the method of comparison in our experiment. The results of these experiments show that newly-introduced laws have had a huge positive impact on the activities of entrepreneurs and that they differ with their distinct positive features.
