Abstract: The article presents the results of an empirical research into some aspects of links between leadership and mobbing. On the basis of findings in the literature and our own experience, our empirical research - conducted on 184 employees in Slovenian companies - studies the connection between the recognition of mobbing and the standpoints of the interviewed towards the way the leadership is conducted. The research has shown that there are no statistically important differences between the recognition of mobbing at work and the standpoints of the interviewed towards leadership.
