Abstract: As with diversity, collaboration, co-operation and teamwork have become increasingly important issues for management to handle. The purpose of this study is to analyse the level of Emotional Intelligence and Organisational Citizenship Behaviour among middle management employees in the Malaysian manufacturing sector. A total of 536 employees from different organisations and industries took part in this survey. Based on the descriptive analysis, employees in some industries tended to have a lower level of emotional intelligence and organisational citizenship behaviour.
