Abstract: Analytical research into existing methods of restructuring and reorganising industrial enterprises has been conducted. An original classification of methodological approaches, which can be used for enterprises emerging from the crisis, has been offered. A new direction for crisis management - reorganizational restructuring - has been proposed.
