Abstract: Today portfolio management is a priority area. Unfortunately, there is a lack of information on this subject: portfolio management is not a prevailing element in corporate thinking, although the content and method of implementing projects are of key importance for companies. This paper presents a short, general theoretical introduction and the results of a pilot study. These represent the basis of defining future research directions.
