Abstract: This paper presents an analysis of the current state of corporate governance for mechanical engineering in Ukraine, and the main problems and features of corporate governance. It focuses on the current situation with corporate governance machine building enterprises in the Kharkov region. The objectives of the study are to identify the basic problems in the activity of corporate governance machine building enterprises in the region.as well as the features and limitations of corporate governance.
