Institutions for Decreasing of Employee Opportunism

Abstract: In manufacturing plants opportunism is appear in the form of stalling, negligence, use of official position and hiding reserves jobs by the staff, also providing managers with incomplete or distorted information about the working conditions and the existence of personal sympathies in the distribution of incentive bonus, work task, awards, etc.
