Abstract: In the contemporary banking trade the most development countries in the world, it is totally unattended conservative banking, so that institutional-organizational form has minority role. In this article it is analyzed congregation and compatibility of banking in SCG with banking of the most development trade economies, primarily in USA and EU, and from the functional aspect (portfolio of investment) of those systems, and not from aspect of their organization-institutional structure.
