Democracy And Redivision Of The World

Nikolai Petrakov

Montenegrin Journal of Economics, 2006, vol. 2, issue 4, 39-48

Abstract: Last decades amaze with surprising changes in scientific and technical sphere. If you put beside a political card of the world of the beginning of the last century, and the card reflecting borders before the second world war, and then after it; and, at last, a modern card of frontiers can seem that is a question of the various worlds. The reasons constant "perekraivaniya" a political card of the world are various. Liquidation of Soviet Union was welcomed and stimulated with the West to build on the postSoviet space new democratic communities. In it the proclaimed sense of present repartition of the world. But here there is a new ball of contradictions: how it is possible to spread democracy not democratic methods? New repartition of the world was transformed to deep political crisis of the world community.
