Abstract:
Incubators of knowledge, entrepreneurial incubators or business incubators are different names and approaches to the same process, improving the entrepreneurial spirit in the company or certain social environment. Entrepreneurial concept involves the creation of ideas that can commercialize the product or service to be profitable in the market. The article is introducing a special approach by linking university experts and their problem solving abilities with company in the need for their help. This article presents a case study of successful intervention of the "embedded" management team of experts as members of academic or scientific incubator in the company. After incubation period, presented in phases, the company became an independent enterprise, empowered, profitable and viable. We consider that this example could be one of the applicable models for the introduction of the concept of entrepreneurship into our weakened companies.
