Abstract:
Public-private partnership (PPP) as a form of cooperation implies complex, long term strategy for bulding new, redisigning existing infrastructure facilities and enabling public servicies which need big institutional changes and high capital investments. Proper choice and structured PPP model, suitable legal and regulatory framework, clearly defined responsibility and allocaton of risks creates prerequisite for successful implementation of the chosen model.
