Innovation Model In Isurance Company

Abstract: On the basis of identification of insurance company's core, innovation, knowledge management, leadership and organisational culture, this paper provides analysis of working results of one of the leading comapnies in Serbia - "DDOR Novi Sad", which in certain period of its business, on the basis of stated ways of behaviour has become a leader in life and non-life insurance. With synthesized illustration of business indicators, the conclusion is implied, which confirms hypothesis about need for creation of innovation model in insurance companies.
