Abstract: The neoliberal economic theorv as the resuh of neoliberalism in praxis is the key factor of actual globalization. Neoliberalism, even with the well-measured state regulation, is the introduction into an increasing possibilislie slowdown of the capitalislic way of production in the historical route of civilization in the future. Socialism, as the way of deep social changes in the economy and civilization on the whole, is the answer to ihe testament of the nature at the same time - survival from the destruction of Earth and the humankind.
