Abstract: Representations that the hand of the market is better, than regulators, have removed a birth of management science the market for uncertain time. Under the influence of business the mankind has come to the abnormal market - to the business market which has created preconditions of domination of financial sector of economy over real, and has brought a society to danger from financial tools of the reference. The author's concept of the developed market will allow to carry out updating of social sphere, to reach steady growth of level and quality of a life of the population in which the leading place will belong to sciences about a life, the person, a society. And to carry out it it is necessary in the adverse starting conditions created world and national economic crises.
