Abstract:
The paper presents a new approach to strategic development concept of an industrial enterprise. United by one strategic goal, referred to in article methodology of forming functional strategies can achieve the greatest efficiency of the planning process. Particular attention is paid to the definition of new functional strategies - innovation and marketing, provided the content, the appropriateness of the application for industrial enterprises.
