Abstract: The XX-th century and the XXI-st century beginning have introduced high level of technologies on the Planet, in the plan technical the mankind has stepped far forward, and the science about the market in the development has lagged behind. Therefore the mankind instead of the developed form of market relations has come to the business market - the most dangerous form of the market to mankind histories.
